 16 ounces nonfat vanilla yogurt
 Applesauce1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Pineapple1 Can (10oz), crushed
 Well drained
 Blueberries1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Banana1 , thinly sliced
 Toasted coconut1/4 Cup (16 tbs), flaked
 Toasted slivered almonds2 Tablespoon

Directions

In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt and applesauce.
Fold in the pineapple, blueberries, bananas, coconut and almonds.
Chill.
