Pineapple Ambrosia Recipe
Ingredients
| 16 ounces nonfat vanilla yogurt | ||
| Applesauce | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pineapple | 1 Can (10oz), crushed | |
| Well drained | ||
| Blueberries | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Banana | 1 , thinly sliced | |
| Toasted coconut | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), flaked | |
| Toasted slivered almonds | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt and applesauce.
Fold in the pineapple, blueberries, bananas, coconut and almonds.
Chill.
