Pineapple Ambrosia Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 envelope of dessert-topping mix or 1 cup whipping cream, whipped | ||
| Crushed pineapple | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Miniature marshmallows | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup flake-type coconut | ||
| 1 cup sponge-cake cubes or 8 broken lady fingers | ||
Directions
Prepare dessert topping according to directions or whip the cream.
Combine the remaining ingredients.
Fold mixture into the dessert topping and spoon into compotes.
Garnish with Maraschino cherries if you wish.
Chill until serving time.
