 Blanched almonds1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Pineapple1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Ice - 1/2 cup, crushed or cubes
 Pure maple syrup - 1/2 teaspoon
 Rice milk or soy milk - 1/4 cup
 Pineapple juice1/2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

MAKING
1) In a blender grind almonds to a fine powder
2) Mix all the ingredients.
3) Blend until smooth.

SERVING
4) Fill into 3 large drinking glasses.
