Ingredients

 Eggs2 Small, beaten
 Sugar3 Tablespoon
 Vinegar4 Tablespoon
 Pineapple juice2 Tablespoon, drained
 Flour1 Teaspoon
 Salt1 Pinch
 Pineapple tidbits2 1/2 Can (10oz)
 (2 1/2 cups)
 Blanched almonds1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Whipped heavy cream1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

1.
Put in the top of a double boiler the eggs, sugar, vinegar, pineapple juice, flour, and salt and cook until thick, stirring frequently.

Remove from the heat and stir in the well-drained pineapple and almonds.
Cover and chill several hours, or overnight.
3.
Blend in the whipped cream and chill several more hours.
