2 cans (8 ounces each) Crushed Pineapple
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
4 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 cup Chopped Natural Almonds, toasted
1/2 cup finely chopped Green Bell Pepper
1/4 cup minced green onion or chives Celery stalks or assorted breads
Directions
Drain pineapple.
In large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; beat in Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise and soy sauce until smooth.
Stir in pineapple, almonds, green pepper and onion.
Refrigerate, covered.
Use to stuff celery stalks or serve as dip with assorted breads.
