Pine Nut Pilaf Recipe

| Pine nuts | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1⁄2 Medium, chopped | |
| Barley | 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) | |
| Chicken bouillon cubes | 3 | |
| Hot water | 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs) | |
| Saffron | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Chopped pimiento | 3 Tablespoon |

Directions
Remove the pine nuts, and set aside.
Saute onion until nearly transparent.
Add barley, and saute until lightly browned.
Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water.
Add saffron.
Combine all ingredients in the saucepan, cover, and let simmer for 40 minutes or until tender.
