Pine Nut Cheese Spread Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 8-ounce package Cream Cheese, softened | ||
| Parmesan cheese | 2 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Green pepper | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, finley chopped | |
| Pimento | 2 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Ground red pepper | 1 Dash | |
| 1/3 cup pine nuts or slivered almonds, toasted | ||
Directions
Combine all ingredients except pine nuts, mixing until well blended.
Chill.
Shape into log.
Coat with pine nuts just before serving.
