Pina Colada Cake Recipe
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple
2 cups sifted flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
Coconut Pecan Topping
Directions
Combine the sugar, eggs and undrained pineapple in a large bowl and mix well.
Add the flour, salt and baking soda; mix well.
Pour into a greased 9x13 inch cake pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Spread Coconut Pecan Topping over the hot cake.
