Pina Colada Sherbet Recipe
Ingredients
| 20 oz pineapple chunks in juice, no sugar added | ||
| Coconut extract | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 cup frozen lowfat nondairy whipped topping | ||
Directions
Drain and freeze the pineapple chunks.
Put them into a food processor.
If the pineapple sticks to the container, run water on the outside.
Add the coconut extract and blend until mushy.
Transfer to a medium mixing bowl.
Fold in the whipped topping.
