1 c. whipping cream

1 (6 oz.) instant vanilla pudding

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple

2 Tbsp. coconut flavoring

2 c. sugar (or 28 pkg. Equal or Sweet 'N Low or 4 Tbsp. Sweet 10)

1/2 gal. milk

Dash of salt

Mix all ingredients and freeze in ice cream freezer.
