Pimiento Chicken Liver Spread Recipe
Ingredients
| Pimientos | 1 Can (10oz), chopped | |
| 1/2 cup chopped, cooked chicken livers | ||
| 2 hard-cooked eggs diced | ||
| Onion | 1 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Prepared mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Dash Worcestershire sauce, Mayonnaise or cream to moisten, Sprigs of parsley for garnish | ||
Directions
Blend all ingredients.
Spread on crisp crackers or toasted rounds of bread.
