Pimiento Petal Salads Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 small heads Boston lettuce | ||
| Water cress | 1 Bunch (100gm) | |
| Pimientos | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| 6 tablespoons low-calorie blue-cheese salad dressing | ||
Directions
1. Separate lettuce leaves; trim any long or coarse stems from watercress.
2. Wash greens and dry well.
3. Break lettuce into bite-size pieces; place on 6 salad plates; tuck watercress sprigs between pieces.
