1 3-ounce package lemon-flavored gelatin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup boiling water
1 5-ounce jar process cheese spread with pimiento
1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 cup cold water
2 to 3 teaspoons vinegar
Dash bottled hot pepper sauce
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons finely chopped green pepper
Directions
Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water.
Add cheese spread and mayonnaise; beat with rotary beater till smooth.
Stir in cold water, vinegar, and hot pepper sauce.
Chill gelatin mixture till partially set.
Fold remaining ingredients into gelatin mixture.
Pour into 3 1/2cup mold.
Chill salad till firm.
