Pimento Coleslaw Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 1 Medium, minced | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Prepared mustard | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1/3 cup juice from sweet pickles | ||
| Shredded cabbage | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pimentos | 1 4 Ounce, snipped | |
Directions
Day before:
1. Wrap minced onion; refrigerate.
2. In small bowl combine mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, and pickle juice; refrigerate.
3. Place cabbage in large bowl; refrigerate.
