Pimento Cheese Toast Recipe
Ingredients
| 10 ounces extra sharp Cheddar cheese, coarsely grated | ||
| Cayenne pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Mayonnaise | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 cup bottled roasted red pepper, finely diced, rinsed and patted dry | ||

Directions
Preheat broiler.
Stir together all ingredients except baguette; salt and pepper to taste.
Slice baguette 1/3 inch thick and spread thickly with cheese mixture.
Broil 5 to 6 inches from heat until cheese is bubbling and browned, about 2 minutes.
