Pimento Cheese Canapes Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 tablespoons block-style fat-free cream cheese, softened | ||
| 1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise | ||
| Onion | 1/2 Teaspoon, finley grated | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground red pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Fat | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chopped pecans | 1 Tablespoon, toasted | |
| 1/2 (2-ounce) jar diced pimiento, undrained | ||
| Smoked paprika | 1/2 Teaspoon | |

Directions

Place cream cheese in a medium bowl; beat with a mixer at medium speed until smooth.
Stir in mayonnaise, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.Add cheddar cheese, pecans, and pimiento; stir well.
Cover and chill up to 3 hours.
Sprinkle with smoked paprika, if desired.
Serve with bread.
