Directions
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Split frankfurters.
Spread very lightly with mustard; insert a finger of cheese in each.
Roll pastry thin; cut into 6-inch squares.
Place 1 frankfurter diagonally on each square; bring together other two diagonal corners of pastry so that ends of frankfurters are exposed.
Put onto baking sheet; glaze with egg or milk.
Bake 20 minutes.
