Pie or Pudding Meringue Recipe
The pie or pudding meringue is a vanilla flavored meringue made with egg whites and sugar. Used as desired with a dessert of choice, this pie or pudding meringue is a baked meringue and can be topped over the dessert before baking them.
Ingredients

| Sugar | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Salt- few grains | ||
| Vanilla- 1/2 teaspoon or Lemon extract- 1/4 teaspoon | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 350F degrees
MAKING
2.Beat egg whites until stiff, add sugar gradually and continue beating until the mixture is fine grained and will hold its shape.
3.Add salt and vanilla and bake as directed.
4.Add sugar to unbeaten egg whites and beat mixture until stiff.
5.Add salt and vanilla
6.Bake in the oven until brown
