Directions

1)In a large bowl, stir together both the flours and salt. Add the butter and cut into the flour with a pastry blender. Add the shortenind and work it into the flour.
2) Combine the ice water and the cider vineger and gradually add into the bowl. Mix well until it just holds the dough together.
3) Turn out the dough, shape into a rough ball and divide into two.
4) Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface, then gently place into a pie dish, slightly pressing into the dish.
5) Trim and evenly cut the dough egdes with the scissor and fold over the edges of the dish. Then gently press the dough edges with the index finger.
