| Maple syrup | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Coriander | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Water | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) |

Directions
1) In a bowl, add the flours and combine together.
2) Add remaining ingredients in oil and then combine with flour.
3) Mix thoroughly.
