Jalapeno Pico De Gallo Recipe
Ingredients
| 6 jalapenos, stems and seeds removed and chopped very fine | ||
| 1 large onion, chopped very fine | ||
| 2 medium tomatoes, chopped very fine | ||
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| 2 small bunches fresh cilantro, chopped very fine | ||
| Vegetable oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Red wine vinegar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Mix everything together.
Let it stand at room temperature for about an hour to let flavors blend.
