 6 jalapenos, stems and seeds removed and chopped very fine
 1 large onion, chopped very fine
 2 medium tomatoes, chopped very fine
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), minced
 2 small bunches fresh cilantro, chopped very fine
 Vegetable oil1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Red wine vinegar1/4 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Mix everything together.
Let it stand at room temperature for about an hour to let flavors blend.
