Pico De Gallo Recipe
Ingredients
| Jicama | 2 Cup (16 tbs), peeled | |
| Green pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Onion - 1/2 medium-sized, mild and thinly sliced | ||
| Cucumber | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Olive oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| White or red wine vinegar - 2 tablespoons | ||
| Oregano leaves | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Take jicama, green pepper, onion and cucumber in a bowl and mix them.
2) Add olive oil along with vinegar and oregano. Mix them well.
3) Pour the olive oil mixture over the vegetables and mix them.
4) Add salt and pepper.
SERVING
5) Serve the dish in a serving bowl.
