Ingredients

 Jicama2 Cup (16 tbs), peeled
 Green pepper1 To taste
 Onion - 1/2 medium-sized, mild and thinly sliced
 Cucumber1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Olive oil1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 White or red wine vinegar - 2 tablespoons
 Oregano leaves1/2 Teaspoon
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

MAKING

1) Take jicama, green pepper, onion and cucumber in a bowl and mix them.
2) Add olive oil along with vinegar and oregano. Mix them well.
3) Pour the olive oil mixture over the vegetables and mix them.
4) Add salt and pepper.

SERVING

5) Serve the dish in a serving bowl.
