Picnic Kabobs Recipe

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. oats
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. tomato sauce
24 med. stuffed olives
4 med. tomatoes
2 green peppers
8 sm. whole cooked potatoes
8 button mushrooms
Barbecue sauce
Directions
Combine ground beef, oats, egg, salt, Worcestershire sauce and tomato sauce.
Shape small amount of ground beef mixture around each olive.
Cut toma- toes and green peppers into eighths; seed peppers.
Alternate 3 meatballs, 2 tomato wedges, 2 green pep- per pieces, 1 potato and 1 mushroom on eight 12- inch metal skewers; brush with barbecue sauce.
Broil kabobs over coals, 6 inches from source of heat, for 8 to 10 minutes; turn and baste frequently with barbecue sauce.
