Picnic Cole Slaw Recipe
Ingredients
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
1 teaspoon salt substitute or fresh lemon juice to taste
Freshly ground pepper
1 head (3 to 4 pounds) cabbage
Directions
Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, green pepper, salt substitute and pepper to taste.
Shred cabbage; toss with mayonnaise mixture until well coated.
Cover and chill until serving time.
