Directions

MAKING
1. In a large mixing bowl, mix together coleslaw mix, 3 tablespoons green onions, red and green pepper, corn and oranges, reserving 6 orange segments for garnish.
2. In a small, bowl, place together mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar and juice and blend well.
3. Stream the mayonnaise dressing over salad and toss to coat well.
SERVING
4. Transfer the salad to a salad bowl and garnish with remaining green onions and reserved orange segments.
