Pickled Orange Beets Recipe
Ingredients
| Sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Orange juice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cider vinegar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cooked | 2 Cup (16 tbs), canned | |
| Bay leaves | 2 |
Directions
Simmer sugar, vinegar and bay leaves in saucepan 5 minutes.
Stir in orange juice and pour over sliced beets.
Cover and chill overnight for flavors to blend.
Store up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.
