Pickled Onions Recipe
Ingredients
| Onions | 2 Kilogram | |
| Salt | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| White wine vinegar | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
1.
Peel onions, Place in a large dish with salt ; and cover with cold water.
Place a plate on top and press down.

Allow to stand 4 days.
3.
Drain and rinse under cold water.
4.
Combine vinegar, water and sugar.
Cook for 10-12 minutes on HIGH or until sugar has dissolved.
5.
Add onions; cook 2 minutes on HIGH.
6.
Pour into sterilised jars and allow to cool.
