Pickled Onions Recipe
Ingredients
1.25 kg (21 / 2 lb) small firm white onions
1 hot pepper
5 cups Pickling Solution
Directions
Peel the onions and place in a sterilised glass jar with the hot pepper.
Cover with pickling solution, seal with an air- tight lid and set aside for at least 7—10 days before eating.
