Pickled Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients
| Italian salad dressing envelope | 1 | |
| 1/3 cup tarragon vinegar | ||
| Water | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salad oil | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 4 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| 6 drops red pepper sauce | ||
| Onion | 1 Medium, separated into rings | |
| Button mushrooms | 2 Can (10oz), drained | |
Directions
Shake dressing mix, vinegar and water in tightly covered large jar.
Add salad oil, sugar, garlic and red pepper sauce; cover and shake to mix.
Add onion rings and mushrooms.
Cover; refrigerate at least 8 hours.
To serve, remove onion rings and mushrooms with slotted spoon.
