Pickled Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients
| Mushrooms | ||
| Vinegar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 6-oz. cans broiled | ||
| Spice | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Dark brown sugar | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Drain mushrooms; reserve 1/2 cup liquid.
'Place mushrooms in quart jar.
Combine vinegar, pickling spice, reserved liquid and brown sugar in saucepan; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; simmer for 5 minutes.
Pour over mushrooms.
Refrigerate for 2 days.
