Cloves- 24
Eggs- 6, hard-cooked
Vinegar- 2 cups
Salt- 1/2 teaspoon
Pepper- 1/2 teaspoon
Ground mustard- 1/2 teaspoon

GETTING READY
1.Start by shelling the eggs
MAKING
2.Now stick four cloves into each egg
3.In a boiler, heat the vinegar and when boiling add the salt, pepper and mustard mixed with a little cold vinegar
4.Then put the eggs in a glass fruit jar and pour the boiling vinegar over them
5.Cover and let stand two weeks before using

6.Serve as a part of a main course, or as a garnishing
