Pickled Wild Onion Tops Recipe
Ingredients
| Wild onion | 2 Quart | |
| Mixed spice | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| White vinegar | 1 Quart | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Water | 1/2 Quart |
Directions
Place onion blossoms in 1/2 gal.jar.
Add pickling spice.
Pour over vinegar, salt and water.
Store in refrigerator up to 1 month tightly covered.
Good in salads.
