Ingredients

 Wild onion2 Quart
 Mixed spice1 1/2 Tablespoon
 White vinegar1 Quart
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Water1/2 Quart

Directions

Place onion blossoms in 1/2 gal.jar.
Add pickling spice.
Pour over vinegar, salt and water.
Store in refrigerator up to 1 month tightly covered.
Good in salads.
