4 (1-pint) canning jars.
 
2 tsp. mustard seed
 
2 tsp. dill weed
 
1 tsp. dill seed
 
4 cloves fresh garlic
 
2 cups hot water
 
2 cups white vinegar
 
3/4 cup sugar
 
2 Tbsp. coarse (salad) salt

Directions

Place 1/2 tsp mustard, 1/2 tsp dill, 1/4tsp.
dill seed and 1 garlic in each jar.
In I 1/2 qt deep glass mixing bowl, combine water, vinegar, sugar and salt.
Microwave (high) covered to boiling €” about 4-6 minutes.
Pour over vegetables; cover; chill overnight.
Drain well.
Store in refrigerator until needed.
