Pickled Oysters Recipe
Pickled Oysters are simply out of the world!. This yummy Pickled Oysters have no equals at all. Try this recipe to understand what I am talking about.
Ingredients
1 pint small oysters, cleaned, with their liquor or juice
Pinch of mace
8 black peppercorns
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
Directions
Place all the ingredients in a stainless steel pan, and simmer for about 6 minutes, or just until tender.
Chill, and serve over lettuce as a first course.
