| Cider vinegar | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |

| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 4 Clove (5gm) | |
| Green Jalapeno Peppers- 1 pound, stemmed and sliced 1/8 inch thick | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Sterilize two 1 pint preserving jars.
2) In a saucepan, put vinegar, honey, pickling spices, salt, garlic and 3/4 cup of water.
3) Bring to a boil, remove from heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.
4) Place the jalapenos in the jars, below 1 inch from the rim.
MAKING
5) Bring brine, back to boil.
6) Pour the hot brine over the jalapenos, dividing the spices and garlic evenly in the jars.
7) Run a small spoon or knife to release trapped air bubbles.
8) Let it cool, wipe the rim of the jars and seal it.
9) Refrigerate it.
SERVING
10) Use as desired.
