Pickled Garlic Recipe
Ingredients
| Water | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 6-8 complete heads of garlic, skin left on | ||
| White rice vinegar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Bay Leaf | 1 | |
Directions
Bring water to the boil in a pan, add the garlic and remove from the heat.
Add remaining ingredients and leave to cool.
Put garlic in a covered jar, top with liquid and marinate for 3 days before using.
Drain and serve as an accompaniment or appetiser.
