Pickled Dates Recipe
Ingredients
| Dates | 1/2 Kilogram | |
| Vinegar | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), spiced | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon |
Directions
1. Stone the dates, cut them into 4 lengthwise pieces, and put them into a jar or bottle.
2. To the hot spiced vinegar, add salt, mix, and pour this into jar. See that all the pieces are immersed in vinegar. Cover and seal.
