 Cabbage2 Cup (16 tbs), minced
 Green chillies2 , minced
 Sugar1/2 Teaspoon
 Vinegar3 Tablespoon
 Pepper powder1 Pinch
 Salt To Taste

Directions

1. Wash and wipe clean an earthen jar or wide-mouthed earthen pot. Put all the ingredients into it and shake thoroughly. Cover tight and leave aside overnight.
2. Serve the next day with Chinese food. Refrigerated, it will keep for a few days.
