Pickled Beets and Onion Rings Recipe

| Beets | 1 1 pound, pickled | |
| 1 cup onion slices separated in rings | ||
| Sugar | 2 Teaspoon | |

Directions
Melt butter or margarine in skillet.
Add beets and onion rings.
Sprinkle with sugar, salt, and pepper.
Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, till hot and onions are tender, about 15 minutes.
