Pickled Beets Recipe
Ingredients
| Sugar | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Cider vinegar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Beets | 6 Small, cooked | |
| Green onions | 2 | |
| Savoy cabbage leaves | 4 |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a cup, add sugar, salt, pepper and vinegar in cup.
2) In medium-size bowl put beets and onions. Pour the mixture over it.
3) Chill for several hours, stirring in between.
4) Drain the vegetables.
SERVING
5) Place in savoy-cabbage-leaf cup.
6) Arrange green onion around it.
