Pickled Beets Recipe
Ingredients
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Olive oil | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Wine vinegar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1/2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Parsley | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 teaspoon garlic juice | ||
| 1 quart sliced beets, cooked | ||
Directions
Combine all ingredients except beets in quart jar; shake until well-mixed.
Pour over beets.
Cover; marinate 24 hours in refrigerator.
Toss occasionally to mix sauce and beets.
