 Albacore2 Can (10oz)
 Red onion1 Large, thinly sliced
 Green peppers2 To taste, sliced
 2 oranges, halved and sliced
 Olive oil1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lemon juice1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Orange juice1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Bay leaves2
 Oregano1/2 Teaspoon, crumbled
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

Break albacore into large pieces.
Cover with slices of onion, green pepper, and orange.
Combine other ingredients and pour over fish.
Refrigerate for several hours.
Garnish with greens.
