4 frozen, fried, breaded fish portions
1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 beaten egg yolk
3 tablespoons finely chopped dill pickle
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/8 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
1 stiffly beaten egg white
Directions
Place fish portions in a greased, shallow 10x6x 1 3/4-inch baking dish.
Combine mayonnaise, egg yolk, chopped dill pickle, onion, mustard, salt, and pepper.
Fold in egg white.
Pour mixture over fish portions.
Bake at 400° till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, about 15 to 20 minutes.
