Pickle-Topped Fish Portions Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 frozen, fried, breaded fish portions | ||
| 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing | ||
| Egg yolk | 1 , beaten | |
| Dill pickle | 3 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, finley chopped | |
| Prepared mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| 1 stiffly beaten egg white | ||
Directions
Place fish portions in a greased, shallow 10x6x 1 3/4-inch baking dish.
Combine mayonnaise, egg yolk, chopped dill pickle, onion, mustard, salt, and pepper.
Fold in egg white.
Pour mixture over fish portions.
Bake at 400° till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, about 15 to 20 minutes.
