Directions

In a plastic bag or airtight container combine shell macaroni or other pasta, lentils, dried mushrooms, Parmesan cheese, dried onion, bouillon granules, parsley flakes, oregano, and garlic powder.
Seal tightly and store till needed.
To cook Pick a Pasta Soup Mix: In a 2 quart saucepan combine 1 recipe Pick a Pasta Soup Mix and 3 cups water.
Bring to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer about 40 minutes or till lentils are tender, stirring occasionally.
Ladle the soup into soup bowls.
