Ingredients
| Green tomatoes | 2 Quart, sliced | |
| Onions | 1 Pint, chopped | |
| Green peppers | 1 Pint, sliced | |
| Shredded cabbage | 1 Quart | |
| Carrots | 1 Pint, sliced | |
| Celery | 1 Pint, chopped | |
| Mustard seed | 2 Ounce | |
| Turmeric | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 2 Pound | |
| White vinegar | 2 Quart |
Directions
Place all ingredients in large kettle; mix well.
Cook for 1 hour gradually, stirring occasionally.
Pour into hot sterilized jars; seal at once.
