Picante Vegetable Dip Recipe
Picante vegetable dip is a peppy and slightly tangy dip prepared with a sour cream base. Combined with picante sauce, mayonnaise and red bell peppers, the picante vegetable dip is spiced with a hint of garlic salt and can be served with dippers of choice.
Ingredients
| 2/3 cup sour cream or reduced-fat sour cream | ||
| Picante sauce | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/3 cup mayonnaise or reduced-fat mayonnaise | ||
| 1/4 cup finely chopped green or red bell pepper | ||
| Green onion | 2 Tablespoon, finley chopped | |
| Garlic salt | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Assorted fresh vegetable dippers or tortilla chips | ||
Directions
Combine all ingredients in medium bowl until well blended.
Cover; refrigerate several hours or overnight to allow flavors to blend.
