Ingredients

 
1. Vegetable oil or mustard oil-2 or 3 tablespoon
 
2. Potato-200gms.
 
3. One medium sized cauliflower
 
4. Green coriander leaves for garnishing
 
5. Two green chilies
 
6. Red chili and Green Curry leaves to fry it
 
7.1 teaspoon of Turmeric powder
 
8.1 And 1/2 teaspoon of coriander powder
 
9.1/2 teaspoon of Powdered Spice Mix (sabji masala powder)
 
10. Salt to taste

Directions

Step1. Wash, Scrub and Dice the potatoes into small pieces

Step2. Cut the leaves off the cauliflower, cut out the core and cut it into florets

Step3. Add 2 or 3 big tablespoon oil to caldron and heat it on medium flame for 1-2
minutes

Step4. Now add cut red chili first and after 15 seconds add curry leaves and fry to brown

Step5. Add florets of cauliflower and fry well for 2-4 minutes

Step6. Mix cut green chili according to taste and stir for 1 min

Step7. Add diced potato to the cauldron and fry for 2 minutes

Step8. Add 1 and 1/2 teaspoon of coriander powder, 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, salt
to taste, 1/2 teaspoon of Powdered Spice Mix (optional) and fry it on medium
flame for 3-5 minutes.

Step9. Slow the flame and mix 100ml of water close the lid.

Step10.Open the lid after 10-12 minutes, now it is ready

Step11.Take out and serve it in serving plate or bowl

Step12.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot
