Directions

Soak the tamarind in hot water and take out the pulp.
Heat oil add cummin and fennel, allow to crackel add chopped gr.chilly, crushed corriender ginger and saute.
Add the mixture of besan, curd,salt and finish with corriender leaves.
Set the mixture in a geeased tray and cut into diamond shape.
For gravy, heat oil, add cummin and whole red chilly and sauteadd chopped onion cook till
golden brown add ginger garlic paste,
Add kadi made of besan , curd, water, salt, degi mirch and at end add tamarind pulp.
