Rice - 100 gm
Elaichi - 2-3 powdered
Rose water - 1 tsp
Rose petals - a few
Directions
GETTING READY
1 In a bowl, soak rice in water for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
2 Drain the water.
3 In a grinder jar, add the soaked rice and grind to a fine paste.
MAKING
4 In a heavy bottomed pan, add milk and the rice paste.
5 Heat together, stirring constantly so that the mixture does not stick to the bottom.
6 Bring to a boil.
7 Cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
8 Stir in the condensed milk and remove from the heat.
9 Add in elaichi powder and rose water.
10 Allow to col.
11 Place in the refrigerator and let set.

12 Serve garnished with rose petals
