Philadelphia Fish House Punch Recipe
Ingredients
| 3/4 pound lump sugar | ||
| Water | 2 Quart | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Quart | |
| Dark rum | 2 Quart | |
| Brandy | 1 Quart | |
| 1/2 cup peach brandy | ||
Directions
In large punch bowl dissolve sugar and water.
When entirely dissolved, add all other ingredients.
Mix well.
Place a large block of solid ice in punch bowl.
Add punch.
Let mixture ripen for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
